Mom’s Hungarian Dumplings
My mom has always made the best homemade chicken and dumpling soup, I loved sneaking the dumplings out of the strainer before she added them to her soup. Now a favorite of my daughter, my heart feels full when I catch of glimpse of her sneaking them before they get added to my soup. I’ve made it a habit to make extra for her to take home just as my mom has always done for me.
These are also just delightful fried with mushrooms and onions and served as a side dish.
